Support Department Update for JBP Members!

We have begun seeing a significant decrease in the HelpDesk ticket response time, primarily due to the extensive training of our newly hired HelpDesk Staff and the addition of our Live Chat Support. This positive trend should continue to improve steadily.

The Funding and Withdrawal Departments are currently experiencing difficulties in completing various tasks, due to issues from both, SolidTrust Pay and EgoPay. We are anticipating they will have these issues resolved within a few days. We expect the daily withdrawal limit for STP to be raised considerably. Please do not submit any tickets involving transactions related to either of these payment processors.

To make the best of the JBP withdrawal system, it's recommended that all Members set up accounts with each of our four payment processors: PerfectMoney, SolidTrust Pay, Liberty Reserve and EgoPay. When requesting withdrawals, many members are receiving the message of the limit being reached. The reached limits should not be as prevelant after the upcoming Restart, expected schedule to take place on or about 7/30/2012.

Keep in mind that a Restart is beneficial to the system and to the Members, a required necessity for continuous sustainment of JBP. The restart is expected to be done around 7/30/12. As a guideline up to 50% of most eligible members' JSS-Tripler positions will be converted. (For some big accounts it may be more than 50%.) Matrices from the last restart are currently being placed; the process should be completed in 14 days. JSS-Tripler daily earnings are now current and the newly purchased JSS-Tripler positions are being placed real-time.

Watch for future updates, as even more enhancements and exciting things are coming our way! We need your patience right now as we are experiencing monumental growth and are rapidly adjusting to the changes. We are so excited to serve the members' needs and look forward to a bright future with JBP! You could help us by only submitting ONE ticket, retaining the ticket number and updating THAT ticket instead of continually opening new ones for the same issue.
